From a Single Office in Lekki to Hundreds of Completed Deals
Eroi Global Properties was established in 2014 at our base in Nikon Town Estate, Zone C2, Lekki 2, Lagos. We started with a simple goal: to make property transactions in Lagos honest, transparent, and safe for every buyer.
In our early years, we focused on residential land sales in Lekki, Ajah, and the fast-growing Ibeju-Lekki corridor. As trust in our process grew, diaspora Nigerians began reaching out from the UK, USA, and Canada, asking for an agent they could rely on without being physically present in Lagos.
We built a dedicated diaspora support process: video tours, document verification, WhatsApp updates, and full solicitor coordination. Today, more than 60 percent of our clients are Nigerians living abroad, and we have completed hundreds of successful transactions on their behalf.
We have since expanded our services to include property consultancy, developer sales support, professional real estate training, and business and wealth coaching.
